Our location in Peterzell

Success produces growth. And growth needs space. Therefore, we are all the more pleased to have found a home for the production of our power & tension springs with the new location in St. Georgen-Peterzell.

“We had been looking for capacity to expand our springs line of business for some time,” explains Managing Director Matthias Werner. “After all, we have been able to strengthen numerous business relationships in recent months and also open up new fields of application, so it was clear that we needed more space for growth. So when a favourable opportunity arose with the location in Peterzell, we seized upon it immediately.”

The new location in St.-Georgen-Peterzell is an industrial building with a hall and administration complex, situated in the middle of the Black Forest and in the immediate vicinity of other major industrial companies. HALLER-JAUCH has relocated its entire spring production here, from the production and processing area to storage, measurement technology and the QA area. The springs and watch technology division management has also moved to Peterzell from the headquarters in Schwenningen, where the micro-turned parts division and the company management are still based.

A walk through the production area and the warehouse is impressive: up to 1,200 power and tension springs are produced on 1,800 square metres, and this every day. A raw material stock of currently 120 tons underscores the performance and reliability for which HALLER-JAUCH is known to customers in Germany and all over the world.

The focus is always on the future, as Matthias Werner makes very clear: “The areas are designed in such a way that they also provide enough space for our future plans.” With the new location for spring production in St. Georgen-Peterzell, HALLER-JAUCH is now paving the way for robust growth with vision.
